TEAR Services provides comprehensive instruction and awareness programs to individuals and workplaces in Ontario.
Specializing in industrial and construction equipment applications, we can provide basic operator, re-certification,
safety awareness and train-the-trainer programs for numerous equipment types and hazard categories.

Since 2004 our primary focus has been to provide adaptive instruction and equipment training courses to Ontario workers, supervisors, and employers. Equipment operator training for material handling devices such as industrial lift trucks and telescopic lifts was where it began.

After our first 2 years it became evident that Ontario employers were at a loss in many cases to find a suitable training program for all their equipment and workplace needs. To date, TEAR Services has grown to provide not only lift truck training, but affordable, federal, provincial, and municipal compliant courses for all workplaces and industries to all sectors.

TEAR Services focuses on direct procurement, development, delivery, and administration of all our offered training programs and courses. Serving the province of Ontario, our primary customer base is located within the middle to southwest regions.

Our training programs are designed to satisfy all legislative and regulated requirements within Ontario. Timely, compliant courses, are quoted and performed as per a schedule designated by company authorities for many different makes and models.

At TEAR Services, our customers wants and needs are always considered first and fore-most during every situation; largely in part to minimal course duration guidelines and resumption of production at the earliest availability.
